Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern use of services provided by ROVA Solutions, LLC, doing business as ROVA® and RVIN.ai.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using websites, platforms, SMS systems, surveillance services, vehicle intelligence systems, or related technology operated by ROVA Solutions, LLC (“ROVA”, “RVIN”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the services immediately.

2. Scope of Services

ROVA provides security technology services including but not limited to:

Mobile surveillance units
Video monitoring
License plate recognition
Vehicle intelligence network services
SMS intake and alert systems
Cloud dashboards and software
Security monitoring and notifications

Services may change, evolve, or be discontinued at any time.

3. Subscription & Auto-Renewal

Certain services are offered through recurring subscriptions.

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing periods equal to the initial term.

By subscribing, you authorize ROVA Solutions, LLC to charge applicable fees to the payment method on file until cancellation occurs in accordance with these Terms.

4. Minimum Term & Early Termination

Certain services may require a minimum service commitment.

If a customer terminates service prior to the expiration of a minimum term, ROVA may charge an early termination fee equal to the remaining contract balance or another reasonable termination fee as defined in the applicable service agreement.

Hardware deployments, installation costs, or equipment leases may carry additional minimum commitments.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use services in a manner that:

Violates any law
Infringes rights of others
Interferes with system operation
Attempts unauthorized access
Introduces malicious software
Uses the platform for harassment or unlawful surveillance

6. Monitoring Disclaimer

ROVA surveillance systems, monitoring services, license plate recognition systems, and vehicle intelligence tools are deterrent and informational technologies. THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE THE PREVENTION OF CRIME, LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY.

Customers acknowledge that security systems may fail due to hardware failure, connectivity issues, power loss, environmental conditions, software limitations, or criminal circumvention.

ROVA SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, THEFT, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM FAILURE OF MONITORING OR DETECTION SYSTEMS.

7. User Submissions

Users may submit:

license plate numbers
images
property data
site identifiers
text messages

Users represent they have legal authority to submit such data.

8. SMS Communications

By texting or providing a phone number you consent to receive SMS messages including:

alerts
system confirmations
support responses
operational notices

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROVA SOLUTIONS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR SERVICES DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO A CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROVA Solutions, LLC from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from use of the services or violation of these Terms.

11. Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation.

Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its commercial arbitration rules.

12. Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes may only be brought on an individual basis.

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

14. Attorney Fees

In any dispute arising out of these Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees, arbitration costs, and court costs.

15. Termination

ROVA may suspend or terminate access to services if:

terms are violated
payment obligations are not met
security risks are detected

16. Changes to Terms

ROVA may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
